L. Marie Cook is a writer, singer, model, photographer and the author of Lay Me Down, (2012 Wild Card Winner, Los Angeles Book Festival) which chronicles a hilarious decade of sexual exploits as L. Marie haphazardly stumbles down the road of the sexually active.
L. Marie is currently the lead singer for SlowStart, an electro-rock band and works as a freelance writer and photographer. She lives in Los Angeles with her boyfriend/bandmate and a little dog named Nugget.
She has a BA in Communications from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and is the former Arts and Culture Editor for Ke Kalahea, and has contributed to worldextremefighter.com, and Bestfriends.org. and is published on AirplaneReading.org.
Hon, I first saw you on sg. I bought your book and sent you a message asking if you would sign said book. (you sent me an address to do so) I believe I even blogged about how sg was fulla SHIT when it comes to TRUE beauty...SG doesn't give a DAMN about anything but making money these days.
